Information you give us
When you register, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number, country, education, skills, experience, languages, availability and the kinds of help you want.
When you use the contact or Partner With Us forms, we collect what you enter — for example your name, email, organization and message.
When you book coaching, we collect the session type, your preferred date and time, time zone, topic and any notes.
Payment information
Online payments are handled by our payment provider, Flutterwave. We do not see or store your full card details. We keep a record of each payment: reference, amount, currency, status and date.
For bank transfers, we store the details you submit — amount sent, transfer date, sender name and reference — and the receipt you upload. Receipts are kept in private storage that only you and authorized Truelance staff can access.
Activity in your account
If you are signed in, we record a small set of actions — such as opportunities you view or save, completing the AI Work Finder, and profile updates — so your dashboard and progress reflect your own activity.
How we use information
To provide our services, including coaching and support; to set up and maintain your account; to process and verify payments; to reply to your messages and inquiries; to keep the website secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Truelance — for example our hosting and database provider and our payment provider — only as needed to provide the service.

Security
Account data is protected by access rules so that each member can only see their own records. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and never share verification codes.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, keep payment records, and meet any legal obligations. Exact retention periods have not yet been set.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile from your account. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, contact us.
