Prices are shown before you pay. Naira amounts are calculated from the current USD exchange rate and confirmed on our secure server when you start a payment.
Online payment
Online payments are processed by Flutterwave. A payment is marked as paid only after we confirm it directly with Flutterwave — returning to the website alone does not confirm a payment.
Bank transfer
You can pay by direct transfer to Truelance's own account:

Use the payment reference shown on screen, then submit your transfer details and upload your receipt.
Bank transfers are checked manually by the Truelance team. Until then your payment shows as awaiting verification. Uploading a receipt does not confirm a payment or booking on its own.
If a payment can't be verified
If we cannot verify a transfer, you will see the reason in your account and your booking will stay unconfirmed. You can contact us with your reference or pay again.
Refunds
Refund terms are being finalized. Until they are published, please contact us with your payment reference and we will review your request.
